	DIVE COZUMEL DIVE TRAVEL GUIDE Cozumel - Cyber Diver Top 10 Dive Destination >> he only thing that has not changed around Cozumel is the excellent visibility.  Despite hundreds of huge polluting cruise ships anchoring on fragile reefs, thousands of tourists in town shopping for knick-knacks, rampant overdevelopment, sewer pipes discharging into the ocean, fast food joints, shopping malls, franchise bars, T-shirt shops, bureaucratic squabbling over much needed marine conservation measures (have we left out anything?), thanks to strong currents, the water in Cozumel is still crystal-clear.  So if you're looking for excellent 50-meter+ viz, you certainly won't be disappointed.
